Inside Publications Community News Summary- April Edition | Podcast

For over a century the Inside Publications newspapers have made a difference on the North Side of Chicago by making Chicagoans aware of issues that impact their neighborhoods.

Until now we have declared Chicago Broadcasting Network a “news-free” zone because we felt that there are others in a better position to provide quality news on a consistent basis.

We are pleased to announce an alliance with Inside Publications whereby we will provide a short monthly podcast with summaries of articles that have appeared in their three local newspapers, the Inside-Booster, News-Star, and the Skyline distributed throughout Chicago Lakefront including Andersonville, Edgewater, Gold Coast, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, North Center, Old Town, Rogers Park, Streeterville, Uptown, The Loop and Near North communities.

The news summaries are edited and produced by Chicago Broadcasting Network featuring stories we feel will be of interest to our podcast listeners. The idea is to give you a quick overview of things happening in your community that you should be aware of and that you might want to learn more about.  Your feedback will be vital to improving this process.

Listeners can enjoy the complete stories presented by picking up any of the Inside Publications offered for free at various locations around the city or at InsideOnline.com where you can currently subscribe to a full year online subscription for only twenty dollars.

This first episode is the April edition with a summary of stories appearing in March that include the following headlines and more.
