Mad Song Avant Garde Vocal Performance
Chicago composer Janice Misurell-Mitchell translates the text and imagery of William Blake into a sonic experience in “Mad Song” presented at Northwestern University.
Performed by twelve students of the Bienen School of Music, conducted by A.J. Keller, DMA candidate in Choral Conducting.
The performance was presented at NWU Evanston in partnership with the Alice Kaplan Institute for Humanities.
